Wall and Pole Bracket
The Hiway is an auto-function, high output motion sensor solar light designed to provide both safety and security in darkness. Two types of mounting bracket are supplied with this versatile light. The arm / surface mount bracket is for simple, sturdy mounting onto a wall or flat post. Alternatively, the pole adaptor allows clamp mounting around a pole to create a solar street light. The LED PIR solar light emits a wide spread of light along pathways and patio areas with an extremely high 1600 lumens output in daylight white. As well as the high output level, it also benefits from auto-functions to prolongue the battery charge.

FUNCTIONS
First 5 hours – Constant on at 50% brightness. Full brightness when motion is detected within 8 metres. After 20 seconds of no motion being detected, the light will reduce back to constant light at 50% brightness.
After 5 hours or less than 30% battery capacity – Full brightness when motion is detected within 8 metres. Following 20 seconds of no movement being detected, the light will reduce to 50% brightness. After 5 minutes, the light will turn off until movement is detected again.
The Hiway motion sensor solar light uses reliable, modern technology for optimum performance. The Hiway has a large polycrystalline (silicon) solar panel, compared to other alternatives. As a result, more sunrays are absorbed and more electricity is generated. This high capacity lithium ion batteries store this energy until required. With sufficient sunshine, the long life LEDs of the Hiway Solar Light will continue to illuminate throughout the night, 365 days per year. Even in the dullest of weather, our solar lights will still illuminate, although they may not last the entire night cycle, which in many cases is not a necessity.

The high quality technology of the Pro Solar Range are a real improvement on older, cheaper alternatives. Installations costs are also minimal with no need for expensive groundworks to be carried out. Consequently, solar is the perfect solution for lighting areas where cable installation is difficult or not possible. The Hiway PIR Solar Light is almost maintenance free with no running cost. Rechargeable lithium ion batteries charge from natural energy which is much more environmentally friendly and have a lifespan of up to 8 years.
