How does it work?

The Husqvarna 430X is a large size robotic mower with generous in-built competence. Equipped with GPS navigation for efficient mowing of the most various, demanding grass areas. Suitable for larger areas up to 3200 m² and can handle steep slopes with an incline of as much as 24 degrees. Smart technology adapts the amount of mowing to the lawn’s growth rate, enables spot mowing of a limited area of longer grass and guides the mower through narrow passages. The intuitive menu on the large, user-friendly display allows personal settings for when you’d like the machine to mow. Comes with LED headlights, new for 2018.

Is my garden suitable?

The Husqvarna 430X robotic mower can handle lawns up to 3200 m² which is just under 1 acre. This is usually ample to cover the area of most gardens however if your garden is larger than this or you have a front and a back garden which are disconnected, we can install two or more machines side by side. If your garden is quite complex, the robotic mower will be able to be programmed to cut around shaped borders, trees and ponds. It can cut grass down narrow passages as small as 60 cm width as well as sloping garden too. If you have a lot of moss in your garden, the continuous mowing has a very positive influence on grass growth leading to the gradual disappearance of moss from the lawn.

Thanks to the many high-tech features, the Husqvarna Automower® robotic mower is designed for every possible situation. With the help of passage handling and built-in slope handling, it manages tricky terrain and depending on which model you choose GPS assisted navigation will help lead the way.

Installation

Installation can be done either by yourself or we can come and install your new automatic mower for you. Installation can take anywhere between a 2-5 hours and for larger gardens it can take up to a day. For more complex lawns we would advise we look after the installation for you. Perimeter cables can be installed above ground, but look at lot better hidden and buried under the ground, so if you would like ‘invisible’ cables in your garden we would again recommend installing it ourselves using our Autocable machine. You can do this by selecting from the options above. Authorised Dealer Installation available only in London, Kent, Surrey, Essex and Surrey.
